Hey everyone… It’s been a while since we’ve posted anything about soap nuts on wordpress and we thought we should inform you all on what’s going on.
Things have been booming for CDzNUTS, and soap nuts in general. We’ve been in contact with NaturOli, the brand of product we sell, and things are going great for them as well. Up here in Michigan, the word spreads like wild fire and the next thing you know everyone hears about these so-called “soap nuts”. Well that is wonderful! We are trying to supply as many people, everywhere, with the knowledge on how eco-friendly soap nuts really are. This summer and fall will bring a high level of exposure to the antifungal laundry detergent.
We plan on hitting the college markets, and hitting them hard. Today’s students are very environmentally conscious. That is how we want the entire nation to be. We hope that today’s recession will have an impact on this generation, just like the Great Depression did to the generation who lived through the 30′s.
From personal observation, elderly folks who have lived through the Great Depression (or their parents did) still hold the same values that they did when saving money and resources were extremely important. Orange juice containers are used as mini garbage cans, milk jugs are used to store water in case of a shortage, and for the ones who are still physically able, gardening. These minuscule qualities had a huge impact on saving money when it was needed. We’re hoping that this recession will encourage today’s “green generations” will want to save money AND trees.
That’s where we come in. We sell the NaturOli Brand soap nuts at all the same prices as NaturOli themselves, if not, cheaper; but we come to you. Let us know if and where you attend college and we will get some soap nut liquid to you if you’re really interested. If you’re lucky, we might even get an entire university to go “nutty”.
